Privacy & inquiries

When you submit a partner brief, we store the contact details, company information, and project details you provide. We use them to assess the inquiry, discuss scope, and manage any agreed work.

Briefs are accessible to the show’s authorized studio owner. They are not published on the listener site or included in the podcast feed. Do not include confidential customer data or sensitive personal information in a brief.

If you use an offered checkout link, Stripe processes the payment. We do not collect or store card details. If payment confirmation is connected, we retain the transaction reference, amount, currency, and payment status alongside the inquiry.

For abuse prevention, the inquiry form temporarily counts submissions using a hash of the request address and hour. We do not use that count for advertising. Our hosting and payment providers may process operational request information under their own terms.

To ask about your inquiry or request deletion, contact heidi@heidihysell.com. Inquiry records are retained while needed for active business discussions or agreed work, and may be retained where required for transaction records.

Sponsored collaborations are disclosed on their episodes. Payment does not guarantee guest participation, audience response, leads, or sales. Scope and commercial terms are agreed separately.
